Eric Slatkin
Mr. Slatkin graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 1976. For the past 25 years he has achieved the absolute top AV rating among his peers as determined by the most-respected rating service, Martindale-Hubbell.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland law school in 1979 and since 1980 has been admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has tried hundreds of cases throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia and as co-counsel in Virginia.
For the past 25 years, Mr. Slatkin’s practice has consisted solely of representing injured parties in personal injury cases.
Robyn B. Lupo
Ms. Lupo received her Bachelor’s degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1990. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1993.
Ms. Lupo is currently admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She has extensive trial experience and has tried hundreds of cases in both District and Circuit Court. Ms. Lupo has also presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her practice consists entirely of litigating personal injury claims and she typically takes approximately 100 cases a year to trial.
She is a member of the Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County Bar Associations and the Maryland Association of Justice.
Ms. Lupo has been an active participant and lecturer on behalf of various continuing legal education programs and has been awarded the Super Lawyers rating for the last six years. She has also been featured in Baltimore Magazine’s Women Who Move Maryland Section.
Reid Weinstein

Mr. Weinstein attended the University of Maryland where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics and a secondary major in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
After college, he attended the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore. Mr. Weinstein is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Weinstein is barred in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and he is also a proud member of the Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Maryland State Bar Associations.

We focus on personal injury claims, with particular emphasis on auto accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims, property damage and PIP (no-fault) claims, and Medicare coordination for accident-related medical bills.
4. What are your office hours?
Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Our Takoma Park office is also open Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The Burtonsville office is closed on weekends.
5. Do you speak other languages?
Yes. In addition to English and Spanish, our staff speaks Vietnamese. For clients who speak other languages, we can also make arrangements for interpretation — please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
6. Do you handle cases outside of Maryland?
Yes. We represent clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
7. How many cases do you take to trial?
We typically take at least 100 cases to trial every year, in addition to settling, mediating, and arbitrating numerous claims that have resulted in six- and seven-figure awards for our clients.
